Job Title: Jr. Digital Marketing Developer

Location: Hybrid (In-office & Remote)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year

About the Role

Range is seeking a Jr. Digital Marketing Developer with a unique blend of technical and marketing skills. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for building marketing applications, developing automations, improving tracking, and ensuring top-quality work for both Range and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop digital marketing applications, automations, and tracking solutions
2. Use data to optimize functionality, SEO, and conversion rates of client websites and apps
3. Manage projects and development tasks according to client timelines and specifications
4. Write clear technical documentation for internal and client use
5. Perform QA testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging programming and marketing technologies
7. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
8. Meet project deadlines and exceed expectations

Required Skills & Experience

1. Programming: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
2. Tracking: Experience implementing tracking via tag managers or CDI platforms
3. Email Automation: Ability to code responsive HTML email templates
4. E-commerce: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify
5. Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills
6. Multi-tasking: Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
7. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and helps build processes
8. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
9. Teamwork: Collaborative, accountable, and proactive

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2. 3–4 years of programming experience with a focus on web and digital marketing
3. 3+ years of experience using Google Sheets or Excel
4. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Experience working in small teams or startups is a plus
