As a Jr. Developer, you will contribute to product feature development, automation, and code quality improvements across design products such as Automated Utility Design (AUD), Physical for AutoCAD, and Protection & Control.

Responsibilities:

Feature Development:

1. Implement new functionality, bug fixes, and enhancements within Design suite (C#, .NET, AutoCAD APIs).
2. Collaborate with senior developers to translate requirements and user stories into working software.

Quality & Testing:

1. Write unit and integration tests to maintain reliability and regression safety.

Collaboration& Learning:

1. Work closely with product management, QA, and design leads to deliver high-quality, user-focused features.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 0–3 years of professional or internship experience in software development.
3. Familiarity with modern development tools such as VisualStudio, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
4. Understanding object-oriented programming principles.
5. Exposure to CAD or GIS software is a plus.
6. Desire to work on software used by utilities and engineering firms in the energy and infrastructure industry.
