JUNIOR SOCIAL MEDIA PRODUCER

(Love Island Australia)

Dates: w/c 13th October - w/c 1st December (8 weeks)

Shifts: 2 days a week (flexible on which days)

Location: Pyrmont, Sydney

ITV Studios Australia is looking for an up and coming social media gun to join the Digital department for the 2025 season of Love Island Australia.

Reporting into the Digital Manager, the Junior Social Media Producer will work collaboratively with Production and the Digital Team to create and deliver engaging social and digital content in a fast paced, reactive production environment.

This part-time (2 days per week) role is suitable for someone who loves the global Love Island brand and knows how and where our young demographic consumes social media.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Produce and create social assets (video and stills), copy and manage content calendars for all social activity across multiple social accounts;
2. Ensure content and copy is delivered on a tight production schedule;
3. Work closely with Digital Manager, Social Producer, and Digital Editor on ideation and creation of social assets, publishing and reporting
4. Work closely with Digital Manager on delivery of all content to the network for approval; and
5. Be nimble and reactive in content creation that is editorially aligned, ensuring brand and tone consistency.

Requirements:

1. Experience with Adobe Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop
2. Experience creating vertical video content for social platforms
3. Avid social media user who is always across newest trends and social content types
4. Across the zeitgeist of online culture from memes to TikTok trends.
5. An eye for detail and solid organising skills to best be able to manage a high output of content and corresponding documentation.
