We are hiring a fully remote Junior Graphic Designer. The Junior Graphic Designer will work as part of our Marketing team and assist in creating both internal and external marketing materials.

The Junior Designer will ensure that all marketing material being submitted to clients matches Wellworks For You branding, quality, and professionalism. They will coordinate with Account Managers to create customized wellness program marketing material. In addition, they will collaborate with other members of the Marketing team to create Wellworks For You branded material such as social, email, and website graphics.

What will your day look like?

• 
  Coordinate with the Marketing and Account Management Departments on projects from the design phase to final approval
• Plan and create various marketing materials for print and digital use, such as flyers, mailing cards, posters, and sales collateral
• Create social media, email, and webpage graphics as needed
• Ensure branding guidelines are being followed by reviewing all marketing materials before they are distributed to clients
• Consistently review old marketing material and ensure it is updated to match new branding guidelines
• Keep team files and folders organized and updated as material is created
• Keep track of tasks and project progress in Wrike project management platform

Requirements:

What should you bring to the table?

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art or equivalent work experience in the industry
• Proficient in the Adobe Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop
• Experience in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of design requirements for social media / web
• Strong graphic design skills (layout, typography, color, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and task focused
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously, sometimes under tight deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity

The core hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time. The position works mainly at a desk using a computer and will require the ability to lift up to 5 pounds. This position is full-time, exempt, salaried.
