By producing institutional-level marketing materials, Feldman Ruel provides its clients with a distinct competitive advantage. The firm is looking for a junior graphic designer who is motivated to output creative, professional work product while adhering to the brand standards set by the founding Principals and Director of Marketing & Design. As the junior graphic designer, you will be working directly under the Director of Marketing & Design and will be asked to produce at a high rate while ensuring accurate information and attention to detail.

 

Graphic/Marketing Responsibilities:

· Follow strict brand standards across all platforms

· Work in already-created templates to assemble detailed offering memorandums, proposals, email blasts, social tiles, etc. using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft applications

· Implement social media and email marketing campaigns, analyze the results to determine success rates, and continuously update strategies based on the findings

· Create graphics and strategies for social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)

· Prepare graphics to be inserted into marketing materials such as Illustrator maps, demographic & neighborhood overviews, graphs, etc.

· Edit photos using Lightroom and Photoshop

· Photograph off-site properties and perform Matterport tour scans

 

Education Requirements:

· Must have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or similar field

· Must be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Lightroom (Premier Pro and After Effects are a plus)

· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic knowledge of Excel. This position will be working in PowerPoint daily

 

 

Skills Required:

· Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong attention to detail is a must

· Strong writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation

· Have the ability to create graphic concepts from start to finish that are modern, creative, but adhere to the deal story and brand standards

· Strong photography skills/the ability to operate a camera

· Experience with motion graphics is a plus

· Experience with commercial real estate is a plus

 

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds

· May be required to kneel, squat, or stand for extended periods to capture images

 

Other Requirements:

· Must have a valid driver's license in good standing

· Must have an active car insurance policy with coverage of at least $100,000

 

Compensation/Benefits:

· $45,000 Per Year
