We’re hiring a content creator who can turn our product demos and ideas into a steady flow of short videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You’ll edit, post, and test content regularly to help more retailers discover ERPLY.

This role also includes setting up outreach campaigns, tracking the leads they bring in, and following up to book sales meetings. It’s a good fit for someone early in their career who likes making content and is comfortable figuring out new software tools.

What you’ll do

• Edit longer demos and screen recordings into short videos with strong openings and clear takeaways.
• Come up with video ideas, write captions, film simple clips, and post content regularly.
• Watch what other POS, inventory, and ecommerce companies are doing and bring us ideas worth trying.
• Set up email campaigns and follow up sequences in our outreach app. Help with SMS campaigns when appropriate.
• Help build landing pages and forms for campaigns.
• Track where each lead came from, respond to inquiries, and book qualified meetings for our sales team.
• Report weekly on videos posted, campaign results, leads, and meetings booked.

What we’re looking for

• Experience making short videos with CapCut or a similar tool.
• A good feel for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Clear writing for video hooks, captions, and outreach messages.
• The ability to learn campaign tools, landing page builders, and a CRM.
• Someone organized enough to publish consistently and follow through with leads.
• You don’t need years of experience or a marketing degree. We want to see what you can make. Personal projects, school projects, and freelance work all count.
