Exciting opportunity: Junior Analyst (Game Studio) 🏎

Lab8 are seeking a first-class Junior Analyst with an extreme passion for cars to help with driving data informed decision making and providing insights and generations to help shape the business strategy.

You will be helping build our analytics department. The ideal candidate has a strong background in guiding digital product teams in the use of data to help them understand their users and make decisions.

What we’re looking for:

1. Insight Generation: Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Present findings to the team in a clear and actionable manner.
2. Data Journey: Work with the engineering and QA teams to ensure that the whole game team has fast, accurate, and reliable access to the data that they need.
3. Lead major initiatives to develop new analytics capabilities as we advance our understanding of the game.
4. Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, finance, and product development, to learn their data needs and provide relevant insights for live operations.
5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide key metrics and insights to stakeholders. Ensure data is presented in a user-friendly and accessible format.
6. Use analytical skills to solve complex business problems and provide data-driven recommendations.
7. Write SQL queries and work with the engineering team to create clean, aggregated, reusable data sets.

Video Games experience is a must!
