The Opportunity:

Aditude is looking for a Junior Ad Operations Coordinator who loves number crunching and is eager to learn all there is to know about how ads get served across the web. This person will be working hand-in-hand with the Ad Operations Team and Aditude clients to ensure all necessary tests are carried out each day. This person should be a critical thinker, extremely detail oriented and prepared for a startup atmosphere. Having a very deep understanding of excel is a must.


Some Challenges you’ll tackle:

  1. Responsible for day-to-day setup, optimization and reporting of programmatic revenue streams
  2. Monitor site and SSP performance to ensure programmatic earnings are optimized
  3. Troubleshoot and reconcile third party impression discrepancies
  4. Investigate new ad technologies and publisher network enhancements


The Skillset:

  1. 1+ years experience in digital ad operations, previous programmatic experience preferred
  2. Familiarity with DSP's, SSP's, RTB platforms and Ad Exchanges
  3. Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes
  4. Strong understanding of 3rd party ad tags and technologies
  5. Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  6. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript coding languages
  7. Experience working with the following tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  8. Great attention to detail, analytical and communication skills
  9. Demonstrable passion for learning new technologies and data by-products
