You will play a key role in building and maintaining robust web applications using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, while also leveraging AI and GCP tools to enhance our platform. This position requires adaptability, a passion for learning our SuiteCRM platform, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
2. Build, customize, and optimize SuiteCRM applications to support business needs.
3. Integrate and deploy AI models to enhance platform functionality (e.g., predictive analytics, automation).
4. Utilize GCP services (e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, BigQuery) for scalable application development and data processing.
5. Maintain and support existing PHP-based applications and websites.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
7. Write clean, efficient, and secure code adhering to best practices.
8. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
9. Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI advancements and GCP updates, to improve our systems.

Required Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years (or 4+ years for Mid-Level) of professional experience in PHP development.
2. Proficiency in the Laravel framework and MySQL database management.
3. Hands-on experience with AI model training (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deployment.
4. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (e.g., GCP services like Cloud Storage, AI Platform, or Cloud SQL).
5. Strong understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript are a plus).
6. Ability to write secure, scalable, and maintainable code.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
9. Willingness to learn SuiteCRM and other proprietary tools.
10. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with SuiteCRM development or customization.
2. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, AngularJS).
3. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
4. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture.
5. Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
6. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices on GCP is a plus.
7. Reporting experience or experience with data analytics is a huge plus.
