Position Summary:

The Junior Graphic Designer will play a key role in designing digital, social, print & packaging projects for BeautyBio. We're looking for someone who has exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating useful and functional experiences across all channels.

The Junior Graphic Designer will work independently and cross collaboratively. The ideal candidate has worked on a versatile range of design projects across different verticals. The right candidate can tell compelling stories through design. The Designer should be prepared to dive headfirst into a vast array of projects in a fast-moving environment. This person will have autonomy to work independently. The ideal candidate is a problem solver and a go-getter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create all graphic design practices and adhere to the branding of BeautyBio with appropriate high-end design and development
• Help the team design needs using mock-ups, user flow maps, wireframes, and prototypes
• Work closely with stakeholders to implement a cohesive visual brand, style, voice, and tone
• Responsible for uploading and retouching product images to the content management system for each catalog
• Ensure the level of excellence in all creative work designed and executed is consistent, cohesive, meets brand strategy, and is within budget and timeframe.
• Mastery and understanding of all elements of design, layout, corporate branding and typography!
• Energy, enthusiasm, a smile and a positive attitude

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years experience in graphic/interactive design
• 2+ years of creative agency or internal design team experience
• 2+ years experience designing for brand and product
• Advanced knowledge of print production, including retouching, pre-press, proofing and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is required
