Optomi, in partnership with a premier partner in the pest control industry, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to contribute to impactful rebranding projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (in US, CST preferred, but not required)

Type: 3+ month contract with potential to extend to 6 months based on performance and project needs. Possibility of becoming permanent, but not guaranteed.

Pay Rate: $28-$30/hour

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with Senior Designers to create and refine rebranded marketing assets. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management. You will spend most of your day working with creative tools to design, edit, and upload assets into the system, ensuring brand consistency across deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and manage various marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, banners, and digital materials.
2. Design original corporate communications, such as illustrations and infographics.
3. Manage the timely and high-quality production of printed materials while collaborating with vendors.
4. Generate creative ideas to enhance the appeal of digital properties and advertisements.
5. Maintain and update the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and train users as needed.
6. Collaborate with marketing managers and directors to align designs with company goals and branding guidelines.
7. Stay current on industry trends and tools to drive innovative design strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
2. Experience:
3. 1+ years of Graphic Design experience (internships considered).
4. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
5. Vendor management experience is required.
6. Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
