The jewelry designer will support the Merchandising Director and sales team in creating new innovative designs for key jewelry accounts based off sales and market trends.

Responsibilities

Create CADs for new jewelry collections 5x a year based off mood boards and trend inspiration

After designs are approved, create spec sheets for the factories to create the designs

Follow up and manage design requests

Follow design schedule and meet deadlines

Create linesheets of our product based on the customer

Assign style #'s to incoming product

Organize and manage jewelry in the showroom and backstock area

Merchandise the showroom for customer meetings during market week

Qualifications

Design Degree

2+ years experience in a design role

Experience in jewelry and accessories

Wholesale knowledge
