JAVA Technical Lead

Must have a strong background in software development, (JAVA) a passion for coding, and the ability to work on complex projects independently.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that align with project requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and system requirements.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in various programming languages.
4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal performance.
5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
6. Research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation and improve existing systems.
7. Document software designs and technical specifications for reference and reporting.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
9. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
10. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position is an individual contributor with no direct reports but may provide guidance, leadership, or training to others.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

1. Proficiency in Java, AWS (Lambdas, EKS,ECS, S3) Spring Boot/Microservices.
2. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
3. Experience with database management systems and web technologies.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and/or Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Software Engineer with at least 10-12 years of experience.
