CONTRACT PAY: Up to $35/hour depending on candidates experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with vendors & managers to order hardware including laptops, desktops, MDTs, VDI environments, printers, mobile mounting equipment, modems, antennas & network equipment
• Analyze requirements for computer images & configurations to maximize productivity & reliability plus assist in the design, testing & implementation of standard images
• Administer project management on software/hardware upgrades & enhancements
• Document, troubleshoot, update & follow-up on incidents & requests, to include incidents that are escalated, until a final resolution is reached
• Establish & maintain wireless communications for field users to include WMR, Handheld devices & Modems
• Maintains security and encryption software
• Assist in teams or Shared Services to evaluate, deploy & support enterprise solutions
• Update & deliver software applications to field computers
• Manage & assists with maintaining an inventory of company IT assets
• Assists in the implementation, testing & configuration of hardware/software computer systems
• Analyze & resolve problems associated with maintaining high availability levels of hardware, laptops, tablets & computer software to maintain enterprise standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT plus two years of related experience
• Proficient in Windows and preferably Windows 11
• Knowledge & ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages & comparisons
• Experience with Design, Infrastructure Implementation, Project Management, Windows 10 & 11, Testing, Networking, Microsoft Office 365, Software Management Tools, Hardware & Software upgrades
• Service Desk Skills are required
