Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for IT-related issues and inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity, including VPN and DNS settings
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions
- Document and track support tickets using IT service management tools like Remedy or Jira
- Assist with the deployment of software updates and patches
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and Mac OS
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and user management
- Experience with remote support tools and VPN configurations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
