Duties:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define project scope
- Develop project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to track progress, address issues, and ensure project objectives are met
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the testing and implementation of new systems or software
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of IT Project Management experience
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in using Visio, SQL, Excel, TFS, and other relevant software tools
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and software development processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
