IT Help Desk
Responsibilities
- Supporting IT equipment in corporate environment
- Desktop/laptop support including setup and deployment
- Windows 10 /11 and Windows Server 2016 and up operating systems
- Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN, switching
- Maintain system configurations and documentation
- Track and resolve inside customer incidents and requests through helpdesk tool
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows devices
- Backup, restoration, and migration of user data
- Various other tasks associated by IT manager
Required Experience
Desired But Not Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of demonstrated desktop support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows environments.
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to learn.
- MS Windows 10.
- MS Office applications.
- Strong troubleshooting.
