IT Help Desk

Responsibilities
 

• Supporting IT equipment in corporate environment
• Desktop/laptop support including setup and deployment
• Windows 10 /11 and Windows Server 2016 and up operating systems
• Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN, switching
• Maintain system configurations and documentation
• Track and resolve inside customer incidents and requests through helpdesk tool
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows devices
• Backup, restoration, and migration of user data
• Various other tasks associated by IT manager
   

Required Experience
 

• 2+ years
   

Desired But Not Required Qualifications
 

• 3-5 years of demonstrated desktop support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to learn.
• MS Windows 10.
• MS Office applications.
• Strong troubleshooting.
