What You'll Do as an IT Delivery Analyst

1. The IT Delivery Analyst will assist IT Delivery leadership and teams in managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables for IT initiatives.
2. Track milestones, identify issues, and escalate when needed.
3. Provide resource planning, forecasting, and tracking vendor allocation.
4. Maintain documentation of resource requests, assignments, and capacity updates.
5. Documentation of IT delivery activities and align them with PMO governance processes.
6. Prepare status updates and dashboards for leadership.
7. Support alignment of IT delivery artifacts with governance standards.
8. Coordinate communication and collaboration across IT infrastructure, security, applications, and business teams.
9. Work closely with the Director of IT Delivery and transformation teams to implement process improvements.

Qualifications

You could be a great fit if you have:

1. 5+ years’ experience coordinating IT initiatives and working closely on IT projects.
2. Understanding of IT delivery frameworks, operational processes, and governance practices.
3. Familiarity with IT applications, infrastructure, and service delivery concepts.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
