Job Description:

Entoro’s Investment Banking Division is looking for an Analyst to join the team in Houston, Texas. Our firm works on some of the most innovative structures and transactions in the crypto and digital finance market.

The Entoro Group is a boutique investment banking group, dedicated to creating the premier alternative investment ecosystem globally. We consist of an investment bank, US broker-dealer, transfer agent, registered investment advisor, commodity pool operator, valuation services, proprietary funds, and an environmental asset validator, authenticator, registry, and exchange. We focus on raising capital or creating products that are unique and available to an international clientele of Family Offices, Foundations, Endowments, Institutional and direct Investors.

Role Responsibilities

· Generate and take ownership of standard or custom reports, presentations, and memoranda summarizing business, financial, or economic data for internal and external audiences

· Creating and analyzing financial models with a high degree of granularity

· Gathering market data to analyze trends and help value companies and transactions

· Contributing and presenting to internal meetings and client-facing meetings

· Helping to manage and assist in the execution of any Entoro transaction

· Data scraping public and private data, utilizing internal CRM (Dynamics), and various data bases to compile Investor lists and develop reports to assess firm-specific and market risks

· Learn about market operations, trading dynamics, and rules and regulations

· Become an expert in crypto, digital securities and related products

· Assist in the development of new products and services

· Outbound sales calls from internally generated securities activities

Required Skills, Experience and Education

· Microsoft Office, including but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· In-Design skills are a plus

· Strong academic background and the equivalent of a top-class undergraduate degree

· Ability to articulate complex ideas and summarize effectively

· Maintain professional and ethical standards

· Knowledge of accounting principles and finance

· Strong analytical and financial modelling skillset

· Understanding of regulatory environment

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Demonstrate team orientation and an ability to work effectively with team members throughout the firm

· Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining emotional maturity to meet tight deadlines

· High level of integrity, motivation and commitment to working hard

· High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail

· Ability to travel domestically and internationally Ability to travel domestically and internationally

FINRA Licensing:

You are/will be required to be FINRA licensed and registered. Analyst must obtain their FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses with Entoro Securities and Entoro Investments, respectively, and obtain additional FINRA licenses such as Series 3, 24, and 30, or as required or desired.

Compensation:

Base Salary + Bonus + Health Insurance

Start Date ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
