Job Description:

The Internet Sales Coordinator must be a technically savvy individual who can communicate in a clear and effective way with customers. You will interact with hundreds of customers through email, phone and in person. The primary role is to schedule appointments and help guide customers through our sales process.

 

Representatives will primarily be using email, phone, text, and videos to schedule appointments, educate customers on our products and answer customer questions while maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage store visits.

 

The ideal candidate has previous business experience (in any industry), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. Candidates must understand today's technologies and a strong sales aptitude.

 

We are looking for candidates who have phone/email skills to schedule appointments! You must have experience in Customer interaction and a pleasant phone demeanor.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries while building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and following up with previous customers.
  • Interact with prospective buyers.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions;
  • Performs other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong Computer/Internet, Mobile phone, and social media skills.
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter with an outgoing, customer-oriented personality;
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff;
  • Outstanding phone and communication skills.
  • Willing to work with the public daily.
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
  • Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights & weekends.
