The Intelligence Solutions Architect is a highly experienced professional responsible for providing subject expertise to support growth initiatives within the organization. The role involves developing winning proposals by leveraging existing knowledge and expertise in the defense and intelligence sectors. The Solutions Architect will actively lead the technical response to success, coordinate proposal development activities, and ensure high-quality content for proposals and other corporate materials. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to maintain constructive working relationships in a cross-cultural environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Intelligence Solutions Architect: $120,000.00 to $204,000.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Intelligence Solutions Architect Responsibilities Include:
 

  • Provide subject expertise to the business to support growth initiatives.
  • Develop proposals for various growth opportunities, including new products/services, market penetration, and acquisition targets.
  • Identify proposal approaches and lead the technical response to success.
  • Oversee risks and ensure the described solution is consistent and meets all necessary requirements.
  • Coordinate proposal development activities and translate design concepts into compelling text.
  • Work collaboratively to articulate solution strategies, work approach, experience, win themes, and discriminators.
  • Review RFPs and confirm proposal responses are compliant and compelling.
  • Edit and guide content of proposal artifacts through the review process.
  • Propose detail-oriented building blocks to deliver the best possible solution.
  • Develop proposals for implementing solutions, including financial and operational parameters for growth.
  • Consult with account executives, proposal teams, and capture managers to win new business opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation of solutions in collaboration with operational leadership.
  • Actively participate in work-groups where subject expertise is required.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
     

Intelligence Solutions Architect Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
 

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience in the area of expertise, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of GSA, 8(a) and Full & Open Government procurements including Micro Services.
  • Broad and deep subject matter knowledge in the technical and inner workings of defense and intelligence sectors.
  • Advanced knowledge of assigned client group, including key contacts, decision-makers, and formal/informal decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills (including costing and budgeting), strong attention to details, planning, self-motivated, and excellent organizational awareness skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to present to both small and large groups.
  • Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships in a cross-cultural environment with all levels of employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to interview subject matter experts (SMEs) and translate their insights into compliant, compelling proposal writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and deliver under deadlines.
  • Strong critical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be flexible, highly motivated, and reliable.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.
  • Additional degrees or specific certifications may be required or preferred, based on the area of expertise.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
