This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Producer/Agent located in Richfield, MN. The Insurance Producer/Agent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, researching and analyzing insurance policies and products, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Insurance Producer/Agent will work closely with other insurance professionals to ensure that clients receive the best coverage for their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Insurance, Business, or related field
• Current state of Minnesota P&C insurance license is required
