We are urgently seeking a Instrucional Graphic Designer to join our client's People team for a three-month contract. The role is integral to the Talent, Leadership, and Learning function, focusing on instructional design with a strong emphasis on creative graphic design. Job Title: Instructional Graphic Designer (Contractor - 3 Months ) Location: WFH/Remote Pay: $55.00 - $57.00/hourly Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Talent, Leadership, and Learning team to design visually appealing and effective learning materials Utilize creative design skills to enhance instructional content, ensuring a visually engaging learning experience Work closely with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and translate them into compelling visual elements Prioritize and execute design projects using the Adobe Creative Suite, with a primary focus on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital formats, aligning with the learning goals Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Previous experience in designing learning materials or instructional content is highly desirable Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Background in instructional design, with a focus on creating visually appealing learning materials Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and visual storytelling Please read requirements carefully as we are prioritizing those that meet the requirements.
