What we need from you:

You are crazy creative! You’re energetic and passionate about both training and technology. You have a communication style that is effective in dealing with multiple departments and personalities. In other words, you love working with people and helping them achieve positive outcomes on the information you provide. In-depth knowledge of eLearning development tools; Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite, Articulate, Camtasia, or equivalent.

• Experienced - You have 2-3+ years of instructional design experience.
• Educated - You have the drive to keep learning. Bachelor’s degree required!
• Comprehensive Knowledge - You can read, write, proofread, and communicate efficiently and effectively
• Tech-savvy - You have advanced experience with eLearning development tools (such as Articulate or equivalent) and AI and multimedia software (e.g. Synthesia, Vyond, Canva, Camtasia)
• Leadership - You are a natural leader who will collaborate and work as part of a team

The Position:

• Support learning programs and team in the Learning Department
• Create engaging and compelling content for eLearning courses
• Create new storyboards from raw content and/or existing storyboards
• Manage multiple projects while meeting established deadlines
• Create supporting material/media: audio, video, simulations, etc.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and ensure content matches established objectives
