Infrastructure Engineer | Early Hire

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, 3-5 days/week in office)

Salary: $180-250k+

Due to growth and demand for our product, we are urgently looking for a strong Infrastructure Engineer to join the team!

What You'll Do

1. Design, build, and scale the cloud infrastructure that powers AI-driven workflows
2. Be responsible for our entire cloud environment, from CI/CD to IaC to observability to security
3. Set the technical vision for the infrastructure layer, define operational best practices, and lead initiatives that help the entire engineering team ship more reliably and at higher velocity

Who You Are

1. Proven experience in infrastructure/platform engineering with expertise building production systems in fast-paced environments
2. Deeply fluent in AWS (ECS, RDS, Redshift, etc.) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi)
3. Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, using observability and monitoring tools, and working cross-functionally in a scrappy environment
