A Next Ventures client in the US is seeking an IT Manager to help with the establishment of their IT organization as the company seeks to expand, both headcount and client commitments, in the next few months. The ideal candidates views themselves as having broad IT Administration experience and should qualify some of their previous responsibility as IT Project or Program Management. A professional with a minimalist attitude toward problem solving will fit right in with the team.

Responsibilities for the role are based on a candidates previous experience in the following areas:

GENERAL IT

• Manage MSP Systems
• Stack Lead
• Security Lead
• Light Troubleshooting and Support
• Proficient in Rippling, Slack, Google Workspace.

IT ADMINISTRATION

• Organize IT related training for staff in conjunction with company schedule and events
• Password & Account cleanup
• Rippling Updating and JD's in Rippling
• Tool Management
• Setting up Non-User Accounts
• Company wide IT communications and reminders
• Google Templates

IT PROCUREMENT

• Vendor Management
• Sourcing + Purchasing for Company wide tools

DIGITAL CLEANUP

• SEO & Metatagging
• Public Facing Accounts
• Favicons & Settings
• Handle Syncing
• URL Vigilance
• Clearing Unused Footprint
• Website updating

Minimum Qualifications for the Role:

• 5+ Years in IT Administration, Lead Support Roles, or IT Project/Program Management positions
• 3+ Years in a previous position reporting directly to a C-level executives
• An undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
