As the Influencer & Talent Manager Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and scaling relationships with influencers, creators, and talent partners across the FBG marketing ecosystem. You’ll drive campaigns and manage relationships with people that align with our brand goals, create cultural relevance, boost customer acquisition, and increase community engagement. This position reports into our VP Brand Communications and will be an integral role within the broader FBG Marketing team.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute influencer and talent strategies to drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, and customer acquisition and brand awareness.
2. Manage the full campaign lifecycle: from sourcing and outreach to contracting, briefing, approvals, and performance tracking.
3. Work cross-functionally with Brand, Social, and Creative teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with content creators, sports personalities, streamers, and other sports-adjacent talent.
5. Manage contracts and ensure deliverables are met within legal and regulatory frameworks.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and talent, ensuring smooth communication, collaboration.
7. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
8. Ensure all influencer content is compliant with iGaming and sportsbook regulations.
9. Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all talent-driven content.

Experience And Skills

1. 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles, preferably within the sports and entertainment industries.
2. Proven success managing influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.
3. Strong direct and manager/agent network of influencers, creators, and talent - especially within sports and entertainment communities.

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $96,000 to $120,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
