Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a new developer to join our fast-growing dev team. We are looking for someone to lead on the development of new modules, interface with our customers on their development needs, and to help our team triage friction points we are incurring due to rapid growth.

Position Overview:

This developer will develop and write in C#, Blazor, SQL, WinForms, and ASP.Net. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and be comfortable handling complex SQL queries, and responding to customer development requests.

Key Responsibilities:

C# and Blazor Development (25%):

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C# and Blazor.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.

Advanced SQL Development (25%):

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries.
• Ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation to support application features and reporting.
• Work closely with the database team to improve performance and scalability.

Customer Development Requests (25%):

• Respond to customer development requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and custom features as requested by clients and in coordination with the CTO.
• Communicate with customers to gather requirements and ensure that their needs are met.

Advanced (Tier 3) Support (25%):

• Collaborate with the support team to address and resolve complex tickets that require development expertise.
• Engage directly with customers to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot advanced technical issues, ensuring root cause analysis and effective problem resolution, including code or database-level fixes.
• Implement enhancements, bug fixes, and custom features as needed, working closely with the CTO and other team members to ensure alignment with client requirements

Qualifications / Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Extensive experience with C# and .NET.
• Proficiency in Blazor for building modern web applications.
• Preferred experience with Entity Framework.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, while working remotely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120,000-$150,000 annual salary
• Paid time off – three weeks to start
