Job Description:

Handle inbound calls with the occasional need to return voicemails. You will update account information, process donations, cancel or confirm memberships, and answer questions relating to our clients' causes and events by navigating various websites and proprietary databases.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pass be able to pass a background check if required.
• Fluency in English both spoken and written is required.
• Paid Training provided.
• 2 year Call Center experience preferred.
• Type 25 wpm
• Basic knowledge of Google and Microsoft applications
• Ability to retain/recall information from memory is preferred.
• Prior experience in Political or Non-Profit fundraising preferred.
• Prior Work-from-Home experience required.

Hours:

• Full -Time hours
• Must be able to work one weekend day.

Computer Requirements:

• Must have either a desktop or laptop running Microsoft Windows 10 or higher with a minimum of 4GB of RAM (8GB of RAM preferred).
• Must have High-Speed Internet and be able to plug directly into your router for the best internet connection. Use of Wi-Fi is not allowed.
• Must have a headset to take calls.

Pay:

• Starting Pay is $16.00 per hour
• Semi-Monthly (8th and 23rd of the month)
• Referral Bonus -$150 when referral hits 200 hours
• Sign-on Bonus - $150 bonus. $50 after completing 80 hours of dialing and the other $100 after hitting 200 hours of dialin
