Victorious PR is an energetic startup looking for a writer to join our rapidly-growing PR team! This position reports directly to the Editor in Chief.

3 MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS:

• Able to quickly turn around quality articles (4-6 per day)
• Able to take direction/constructive criticism and edit articles
• A basic understanding of how PR works
• This is a FAST-PACED work environment! We have a lot of fun, but we work hard and have tight deadlines that we expect you to hit.

You will be required to write 4-6 articles/day. These are a mixture of 400-word press releases, 800-word profile pieces, and creative reiterations of profile pieces.We are a fast-growing PR company that helps impactful leaders & businesses be seen and heard to have a greater impact on the world. • Research, develop, and write 400-word press releases for our clients and their businesses
• Write 800-word profile pieces and advice articles for/about our clients, per PR plans and campaign flow
• Partner with the Associate Editor and C-level executives on brand strategy, voice, and tone guidelines
• Write blog posts for website
• Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends; be able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
• Responsibly represent Victorious PR in all client communications and Zoom calls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 2-5 years of writing experience with demonstrated expertise
• Portray a high commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and within a team of amazing, positive, and hard-working professionals from all over the world
• Have experience in crafting content, with a keen eye for branding and storytelling
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
• Experience using Slack, Asana, and Monday
