What You'll Do

• Manage 50-70 active immigration cases daily.
• Be the primary customer contact for visa journeys.
• Lead daily team standups with attorneys.
• Project manage documentation and filing milestones.
• Prioritize workflow for dozens of concurrent matters.

What You Bring (required)

• Experience in employment-based immigration.
• Ability to manage 50+ active matters.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with O-1, H-1B, and EB-1A visas.
