Our company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO in assuring the organization meets Board-approved employment policies, guidelines, and procedures.

A Federally qualified health center (FQHC), Outpatient Medical Center is seeking an organized, productive, experienced, calm, and highly professional HR generalist for a small healthcare organization with less than 50 employees, planning for growth. Must have attention to detail and accuracy.

Must be able to support and comply with FQHC policies and procedures, maintain positive and professional interactions with others within an HR role, perform accurate and complete data entry of new employee information and benefits; processing personnel transactions; processing employee benefit requests; scanning personnel documents; maintenance of personnel records; managing applications; and coordinating prospect students and volunteers.

Must have excellent computer and communication skills. Must be able to focus on keeping the organization in compliance with all HR-related employment laws and on executive assignments by supervisor. SALARY RANGE BASED ON JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS EOE.
