Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles with proven experience as an HR Generalist
Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Responsibilities:
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management
Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HRIS systems with changes in employee status and personal information to ensure that employee records are stored securely and confidentially, in compliance with privacy regulations
Processing payroll, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping, wage calculations, and deductions
