Responsibilities

• Maintain logs, reports, and files of incidents and occurrences encountered during the work shift.

• Facilitate space access needs for un-cleared facilities workers/contractors and monitor activities as necessary.

• Monitor dispersed work crews.

• Performs “handyman” maintenance duties such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting and/or cleaning, light construction and/or exterior cleanup.

• Coordinate and manages outside contractors for building, site and equipment repairs and maintenance.

• Operates site equipment as needed, using hand and power tools as necessary.

• Brief personnel on the essential security requirements governing work areas and buildings as needed to ensure facilities workers are fully aware of security responsibilities and requirements as they pertain to their respective work areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma

• Must have 2+ years of facilities experience

• Must be able to pass a Federal Background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Baltimore, MD 21201: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HSE: 1 year (Preferred)
• Facilities management: 1 year (Preferred)
