Commitment and Duration

Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

Execute the client’s 2025 content plans by

1. Writing and editing blog posts, optimized for SEO
2. Drafting and creating guides
3. Writing content for the client’s website

Examples of some topics for content that we will need help with in 2025:

1. The Business Case for Pay Equity in 2025
2. EEO-1 Reporting Deadline is Approaching: Are You Prepared?
3. Block and Tackle: How to Leverage HR Data in Compliance
4. HR Compliance Trends for 2025: What Employers Need to Know

Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven expertise in HR compliance and copywriting.
2. Experience as an HR practitioner (preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of pay reporting, pay equity, pay transparency, affirmative action planning, compensation compliance, and labor/employment law.
4. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and conversion-focused content.
5. SHRM or HRIS certification (optional but a plus).
