What’s unique about this role?

The Hosting Specialist joins an Operations team supporting the loading of data to Relativity, running of searches, creating databases, user management, and other tasks related to making data ready for review. Hosting Specialists play a critical role by partnering with the other eDiscovery Technical Services teams, as well as our internal Client Services group, to shepherd Lighthouse client data through our various systems while meeting aggressive client deadlines with the highest level of quality.

This role also acts as first tier support for data investigations and environmental troubleshooting.

What will this person do?

1. Execute projects specific tasks in Relativity, Brainspace, Relativity Analytics, and Lighthouse proprietary tools.
2. Create and prepare load files, text and native files, and other deliverables as necessary for review in various platforms.
3. Maintain a high sense of urgency while working on multiple projects, escalating items to the client services team if there are going to be delays in timing.
4. Work on job requests in order of priority pulling from a queue, as well as by assignment.
5. Perform quality control checks on self and others work to ensure quality ratings remain low.
6. Follow and maintain utilization tracking for hours.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve the most basic client-facing technical support issues.
8. Respond to internal requests via email during designated times.
9. Follow escalation procedures when needed.
10. Able to scope current work and estimate timelines.

1. Associates degree (bachelors preferred) or equivalent job experience.
2. Customer Service background.
3. Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
4. Must have a positive attitude.
5. Willing to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.
6. Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and resourcefulness.
7. Background in computers, statistics or mathematics is a strong plus.
8. Experience in eDiscovery with proficiency in Relativity is a strong plus.
9. Relativity Certified Administrator is a plus.
10. SQL background is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

1. Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table
2. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting
3. Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

The expected pay for this role will range from $52,000 to $63,500 per year. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
