We're on the lookout for a staging designer – someone positive, professional, and self-driven – to join our dynamic team.

As a key member reporting directly to our lead designer/owner, this role demands a detail-oriented individual with a background in home staging or interior design. Your keen awareness of current trends, coupled with a commitment to excellence, will be invaluable assets to our expanding team. Collaboration thrives in our ego-free, hard-working environment, where your strong organizational skills and ability to curate from our extensive inventory will shape original staging designs across various styles.

Job Description:

-Meet with potential and existing clients, create proposals, design, and stage homes.

-Work within strict deadlines to ensure the design is complete, on budget, and properties are Photo Ready by set date and time.

-Implement strong knowledge and understanding of scale, balance, composition, style, etc.

Key Qualifications:

-Staging/Interior Design experience required

-Reliable, energetic, focused, and detailed-oriented

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Strong decision-making skills

-Highly resourceful problem solver

-Can-do attitude

-Quick learner

-Excellent time management skills

-Experience working on multiple projects

-Own a reliable vehicle and current driver’s license

-This full-time position requires some early mornings, evenings, and long days.
