Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator to oversee our on-site Home Health Aide department in Columbus, Ohio. The Administrator will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our home health aide services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the on-site home health aide department.
• Coordinate client referrals and assignments, ensuring that each client receives appropriate care based on their individual needs.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to monitor the performance of on-site home health aides and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to optimize client care and service delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and billing for on-site home health aide services.
• Provide support and guidance to on-site home health aides, clients, and their families to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and employee documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a supervisory or administrative role, preferably in home health care or a related field.
