Wednesdays and on-call caregiver needed for a 24-year-old, intellectually disabled man.

Looking for someone to work every Wednesday 9am to 4pm. Could also get extra hours by being willing to fill in when other aides call off.

Duties include:

Basic support, monitoring and companionship

Transport and accompany him to community activities (movies, restaurants, etc)

Health management (medication reminders, accompanying to doctor appointments, picking meds up from pharmacy)

Transportation and monitoring at volunteer jobs within the community

Shopping assistance

Meal prep assistance

Basic Qualifications:

Friendly, caring person experienced working with individuals with intellectual impairments.

Clean Background check,

Fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19,

Current CPR/First Aid certificates.

Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, insurance, clean driving record.
