We are looking for skilled Civil Construction Operators and a Mainline Excavator Operator to join our SiteSolutions division's construction team in Alabaster, Alabama. These operators may have expertise in mass grading, rock truck operation, or have a CDL (Commercial Driver's License). These roles will involve the operation of heavy equipment and vehicles to support various construction tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, or rock trucks, depending on the specific role to perform precise and efficient results.
• Work with and assist in digging ditches and trenches, hoisting material, tools, equipment, and any related work.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 – 3 years of experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility of hours and location of work
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills
• Be a team player with a professional attitude
• Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.
• Travel may be required
