Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. The Technician will also be responsible for working with customers to identify their needs and offering solutions that work within their budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Communication Skills
• Ability to Troubleshoot and identify HVAC equipment problems
• EPA 608 certification
• OSHA / SST Card
• Experience in HVAC Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance
• Knowledge of industry-standard safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience as an HVAC Service Technician is a MUST
