Job Description:

The Program Recruitment Managerworks in collaboration with the COPE Health Solutions Marketing & Sales Team, as well as the Health Scholar Program Managers to establish and implement recruitment plans, increases social media presence and expand academic network for our student programs. The Program Recruitment Manger serves as a vital role in meeting recruitment milestones for the service line across all COPE Health Solutions Workforce Programs (student educational programs). The ideal candidate has expertise in marketing, knowledge of popular social media platforms, has the adaptability and enthusiasm to excel across a wide range of responsibilities as it relates to recruitment and outreach. This position is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the recruitment of the future health care workforce.

Position Description:
 

  • Coordinate all centralized recruitment plansand social media outreach for COPE Health Solutions Workforce Programs (student educational programs) articulating our value and brandboth verbally and visually
  • Maintain knowledge of all workforce marketing and recruitment initiatives and support the team with strategizing action plans for meeting recruitment milestones
  • Support workforce product team, in a hands on fashion, to meet Direct to Consumer recruitment targets
  • Support with creation, reviewing and evaluating recruitment content and resources including but not limiting to flyers, presentations, etc.
  • Manage timelines and tasks to execute recruitmentinitiatives
  • Communicate project plans, status, issues and dependencies in a timely manner and develop risk mitigation strategies for any programs at risk of not meeting recruitment milestones
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
    • Curate relevant content to reach ideal customers for COPE Health Scholars and other workforce programs
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
    • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads for COPE Health Scholars and other workforce programs
  • Compile recruitment outcomes and social media reports for Firm Executives showing results and return on investment
  • Become an advocate for the Health Scholar and workforce programs insocial media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions for external audiences where appropriate
  • Monitor trends in social media platforms, applications and channels and align strategy accordingly
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the COPE Health Scholars and workforceprograms. Report notable threats to appropriate management
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results

    • Team Building: Develop and maintain professional relationships and rapport with internal and client-based teams
  • Resource Management
    • Manage recruitment project and team resources effectively to meet contractual obligations and organizational expectations focused on program recruitment
  • Program Monitoring and Reporting
    • Contract Management: Ensure that all contractsconsistently exceed all contract requirements and regularly communicate with client to ensure that value is being added
    • Data Management: Ensure data is collected, maintained and released in compliance with client, state and federal standards or regulations. Also, ensure that hospital specific data that is required for weekly COPE Health Scholar Management Meetings is available, accurate and variance explanations are available
  • Business Development
    • Demonstrate ability to understand needs of target audience/consumer
    • Identify potential business development opportunities outside current academic partnerships
  • Professional Development
    • Manages self-development and ability to locate appropriate resources for professional development

 

Position Expectations:

 

  • Open to traveling 50% to Health Scholar and other workforce programssites across the U.S. as needed, preference given to candidates on the west coast
  • Closely engage with the team to provide direct support to meet recruitment targets
  • Successfully meet service line recruitment milestones
  • Ensure that Program Managers understands and can articulate the value of our service(s)
  • Meet or exceed all contractual recruitment targets for the Health Scholar Service Line by closely supporting a team of 25 Program Managers
  • Meet or exceed all productivity goals and quality indicators for the Health Scholar Program
  • Attend and engage in outside conferences and meetings on industry topics
  • Engage with industry peers and leaders through professional networking events
  • Develop new ideas and take a leadership role, as well as supporting other team members, on innovations that lead to new business, enhanced productivity and/or increased profit

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; emphasis in Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing required. Masters preferred.
  • 3+ years related design, communications, or marketing project management experience
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and concepts to effectively manage marketing projects
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize deliverables with tight deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
  • Proven experience in large scale outreach and recruitment
  • Working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.
  • Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress.
  • Willingness to learn new things and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Ability to manage a wide range of priorities and help the team to do the same through effective time management and direct communication
  • Excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products; knowledge of PowerPoint, Prezi, Adobe InDesgin
