Role Description: HealthSource Solutions is seeking a Health Fitness Specialist to join our team in the Washington, D.C. Area. This is a contract role and will require on-site presence. The Health Fitness Specialist will be responsible for providing health promotion and fitness services to our clients. This includes leading group exercise classes, providing health promotion services, and managing the fitness center.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (10:45 am-7:15 pm), Wednesday and Friday (9:45 am-6:15 pm)

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure /Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 1-year experience in exercise physiology, corporate fitness, wellness, health promotion, and/or healthcare-related field.
• Current certification in group fitness or personal training through a nationally accredited organization.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Understanding of exercise physiology and the ability to apply it to individual and group exercise programs.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of fitness center operations and the ability to manage the fitness center.
