Head of Social Media

Location: Fredericksburg, VA

Gilded, the proud umbrella brand of Sageworks Massage Therapy, Blissworks Acupuncture, and Strideworks Chiropractic, is on the search for an exceptional Head of Social Media.

As we embark on our national expansion, we seek a dynamic and experienced professional to amplify our digital footprint and strengthen our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead the creation of high-quality viral content across multiple platforms. This includes photography and filming content.

2. Amplify our brand voice with multiple posts daily and interactions across X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

3. Design compelling visuals, photo content, and employ advanced video production, editing, and Photoshop skills.

4. Deliver persuasive and consistent brand messaging through well-crafted content.

5. Engage, interact, and foster relationships with other online accounts to build collaborative opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Proven success in building audiences in excess of 100K followers.

- Proven success in creating content with some individual pieces garnering an excess of 1m views.

- Highly skilled in video content creation with outstanding audio and visual qualities.

- Proficient writer capable of crafting engaging narratives and brand stories.

- Thorough understanding and experience with X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

- Must be available to be on location in Fredericksburg, VA (and other Virginia based locations) at least once a week (to create content).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
