Head of Marketing – Stablecoin Payments (Remote – East/Central US Preferred)

💰 $200,000–$225,000 base + bonus (flexible for the right person)

About the Company

We’re a profitable, bootstrapped stablecoin payments company operating globally across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, now expanding into the US market. With a lean 50-person team and a proven business model, we’re building the infrastructure that powers stablecoin-based pay-ins and payouts for enterprises — from contractor payrolls to global remittances and treasury solutions.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for our first Head of Marketing — a hands-on builder who can craft and execute the company’s US go-to-market story from the ground up. This role reports directly to the CEO and is ideal for a Director-level marketer ready to take full ownership of growth, brand, and messaging in an early-stage, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Build and execute a holistic marketing strategy from scratch
2. Establish and refine the company’s brand identity and market positioning
3. Overhaul and elevate all outward-facing materials — website, collateral, and social presence
4. Drive awareness and credibility among enterprise buyers
5. Develop content and campaigns that resonate with fintech, crypto, and payments audiences
6. Collaborate closely with leadership and sales to drive qualified pipeline and adoption

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:

1. Proven 0→1 marketing experience at a stablecoin, crypto, or B2B payments company
2. Strength in enterprise or API-first marketing (not consumer)
3. A builder mentality — you can roll up your sleeves, execute, and iterate quickly
4. Deep understanding of the crypto payments landscape
5. Comfort working with limited in-house resources and external freelancers/agencies
