  • One funnel: You are passionate about building and managing “one funnel” across sales and marketing – the job doesn’t stop at MQL, but when the business wins revenue.

 

What Excites Us:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing; 2+ years leading a team
  • Strong understanding of the freight ecosystem, transportation market, decision-makers and competitive landscape preferred
  • Proven success scaling a B2B marketing team in a high-growth environment
  • Deep experience designing and implementing marketing strategies and demand generation programs that have consistently contributed to meeting/exceeding revenue targets, including experience with ABM, CRM, list acquisition, marketing automation, and events
  • Experience leading new business initiatives cross-functionally, and presenting and selling ideas to varied audiences
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence, within and outside areas of control
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • You have been responsible for creating, driving, and managing go-to-market plans across all channels
  • Previous experience in marketing, customer success, product management or sales enablement
  • Ideal background in a high-growth startup, FinTech and/or B2B SaaS

Compensation Range:

 

$125,000 - $165,000

For annual compensation, our pay ranges for all roles are based on geographic location, job responsibilities and experience, benchmarked against similar stage companies in our industry. We share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Every final offer presented is determined by several components including location as well as candidate experience and skills, and could alter from the amounts listed above.
