We’re looking for a Head of Growth who can build, run, and scale a multi-channel growth engine that generates consistent, qualified deal flow. This is a data-driven, full-funnel leadership position for someone who’s already helped an agency grow from multi-million to high-seven figures through systematic marketing and revenue optimization.
The Mission
Own the full growth engine - from visibility to lead conversion.
Your goal: turn LocalEyes’ strong foundation (brand, client base, reputation) into a predictable, scalable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
You’ll Own These Channels
SEO (Local + GEO + Organic)
- Drive top 3 rankings across 10+ major U.S. markets.
- Build and manage location-based SEO strategy and reporting cadence.
- Coordinate with internal SEO and content resources.
Outbound (Email + LinkedIn + Phone)
- Design outbound programs that deliver consistent, high-quality discovery calls.
- Create and test messaging frameworks per vertical (tech, healthcare, finance, etc.).
- Manage internal outbound GTME and automation tools.
ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
- Identify high-value target accounts and decision-makers.
- Build multi-touch campaigns combining outbound, retargeting, and personalized content.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to convert strategic accounts.
Google Ads (Search + Retargeting)
- Oversee budget allocation, creative strategy, and optimization.
- Reduce CAC and increase SQL volume through disciplined campaign testing.
Content Marketing
- Lead a data-informed content strategy that supports SEO, ABM, and outbound efforts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce case studies, insights, and conversion-focused assets.
- Strengthen brand clarity, voice, and positioning across all channels to improve trust, engagement, and close rates.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Build, own, and continuously optimize the growth engine across all channels.
- Measure and improve every stage of the funnel (awareness → lead → discovery → proposal → closed deal).
- Create clear dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
- Drive consistent collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations.
- Test, learn, and adapt quickly - turning insights into results.
- Manage a small hybrid team and outside partners as needed.
Who You Are
- Proven: You’ve scaled an agency or B2B service business from mid-seven figures to high-seven figures in revenue.
- Data-Driven: You make decisions based on metrics, not opinions. You live in dashboards, not decks.
- Systems-Oriented: You know how to build repeatable processes across channels.
- Resourceful: You figure things out fast. When others need direction, you create it.
- Results Obsessed: You set ambitious goals and hit them. You can point to the numbers.
- Collaborative: You play well with creative, sales, and leadership teams.
- Technical: You’re fluent in HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Analytics, SEO tools, and outbound platforms like Clay, Apollo, or HubSpot Sales Hub.
Success in This Role Looks Like
- Predictable, month-over-month lead flow across SEO, outbound, and ABM.
- Lower CAC, higher lead-to-close rate.
- Clear attribution reporting across all channels.
- A sustainable growth system that operates without constant founder involvement.
