Required background

• 8+ years of experience in finance roles with increasing responsibility.
• Strong professional and educational background in business, accounting, or a quantitative field.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Model business scenarios and financial metrics used to make strategic company decisions.
• Provide analytical support to other departments as well as give your own team the support they need to become financial experts.
• Apply strong business judgment.
• Lead a team of talented Finance professionals on bookkeeping, compliance, tax, and banking matters.
• Coordination and relationship management with external auditors, consultants, and lawyers.
