WMP Eyewear is seeking a data-driven, entrepreneurial Head of Digital Marketing / Growth to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. This role will own the end-to-end digital growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion across all online channels.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in DTC ecommerce, preferably in fashion, apparel, or accessories (menswear strongly preferred) and has a proven track record of scaling brands from $50M to $100M+ in revenue. This leader will combine performance marketing expertise with strong creative instincts, analytical rigor, and operational excellence to accelerate WMP’s next phase of growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Digital Growth & Omnichannel Strategy
- Own and execute the full omnichannel digital marketing strategy across paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube), affiliate, influencer, email/SMS (CRM), organic social, Amazon, PR, and partnerships. You will own the full marketing calendar in this role.
- Develop and scale acquisition strategies while maintaining efficient CAC, LTV, and MER targets
- Lead performance creative strategy translating performance into creative direction and making informed decisions based on data to determine what to scale, what to cut, and what’s worth investing in vs not. Decide what should be made (angles, hooks, offers, priorities); analyze what’s working and push more of it; cancel what’s not working, influence creative output heavily (not just “collaborate”)
Ecommerce & Conversion Optimization - preferred
- Own site performance and CRO roadmap, including landing page optimization, A/B testing, and upsell/cross-sell strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with product, merchandising, and engineering to optimize the end-to-end customer experience
- At minimum, you should be comfortable working closely with ecommerce partners and driving impact.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Lead CRM and lifecycle strategy across email and SMS, including segmentation, personalization, and automated journeys (welcome, post-purchase, winback)
- Reporting campaign success metrics and determining what's working and what's not, what needs to be monthly, etc. based on data.
- Build and scale loyalty and retention programs to drive repeat purchase rate and customer LTV
Product Launch & GTM
- Own go-to-market strategy for product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing and operations. Based on data, determine what products to push and scale on ads, email, and the different channels. Ensure alignment across paid media, lifecycle (email/SMS), creative, and partnerships so all channels support the same growth priorities
- Develop integrated campaigns that drive awareness, conversion, and long-term brand growth. Responsible for writing campaign briefs.
Affiliates & Partnerships
- Own affiliate and partnerships strategy as a key growth channel, driving efficient customer acquisition and revenue.
- Manage and mentor team members by setting direction, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-performing partners, including influencers and whitelisting paid partners.
- Lead partner and affiliate/influencer negotiations, including rates, budgets, and deal structures.
- Allocate and manage budgets across partners, scaling top performers and cutting under performers.
- Regularly review performance and provide clear guidance on who to grow, optimize, or sunset.
- Collaborate with paid media to support whitelisting and amplify top partner content.
Analytics, Budgeting & Performance
- Own digital marketing budget, forecasting, and channel allocation to maximize ROI
- Own and optimize key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and MER to drive profitable, scalable growth
- Establish measurement frameworks (attribution, incrementality testing, MMM) to inform investment decisions
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth and digital marketing team; meet with team members monthly, drive goals and objectives to ensure team success
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, product and leadership to drive execution results
- Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous optimization
ABOUT YOU
- 6-8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or ecommerce leadership
- Proven success scaling a DTC/ecommerce brand to $50M–$100M+ revenue
- Strong experience in fashion/apparel or consumer brands (mens preferred)
- Deep expertise across paid media, affiliate/influencer, CRM (email/SMS), and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
- Strong analytical and performance mindset (CAC, LTV, MER, attribution, CRO)
- Experience owning budgets, forecasting, and P&L outcomes
- Hands-on, strategic leader with a bias for execution
- You are extremely revenue-driven and think in terms of growth, not just marketing
- You have personally scaled DTC brands through paid media and retention, not just managed teams
- You are highly opinionated on what converts (creative, hooks, landing pages)
- You move fast, test aggressively, and cut what doesn’t work. We are a seasonal business with approximately six months to make our annual revenue goals so this will mean you need to drive fast execution across campaigns, launches, and testing cycles.
