Area to be covered: East Coast (Ideally based Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Philadelphia, Boston)
Remuneration: $150,000 (neg) + $50,000 bonus
Fully expensed executive company car & compressive benefits package
The role of the Head of Business Development – Wood Flooring will involve:
- Head of Business Development / Speciation Sales Manager position selling a mid-high end range of hard wood flooring
- Targeting architects and interior designers across the East Coast
- Capable of achieving $50m within 3 years
- Reporting directly to CEO
- Become part of the leadership team
- Opportunity to advance into GM/President of the US business
- Internal support from partner business with showrooms in New York and LA
- Will need to be self-employed and paid for your consultancy work
The ideal applicant will be a Head of Business Development – Wood Flooring with
- Must be commercially very strong working on large projects
- Must have people management experience
- Must have experience selling an interior product
- Ideally from hard wood flooring however not essential
- Must be hungry and want to grow the business into a household name
- Must be entrepreneurial
- Must have an eye for design
- Ideally have an MBA
- Want to make a difference and go above and beyond for clients
